Our Mission
At International Learning Exchange Foundation, our mission is to foster global understanding and promote international relations by empowering individuals through English language learning and community engagement, in the USA.
We are dedicated to providing need-based scholarships to international citizens, enabling them to access quality English language skills, in the USA.
By equipping individuals with the necessary linguistic skills, we aim to bridge cultural divides, enhance cross-cultural communication, and cultivate a more interconnected world.
We focus our scholarships for those individuals who have limited access to financial resources, and consequently less opportunities due to socioeconomic barriers.
Additionally, we actively encourage scholarship recipients to engage in local communities through various volunteering positions, fostering mutual understanding, and creating lasting connections.
Through our initiatives, we strive to create a more inclusive and harmonious global society, where individuals from diverse backgrounds and limited means, can thrive and contribute to positive change.

Our Vision
Our vision is to empower and transform the lives of international citizens by providing need-based scholarships for English language education in the USA. We envision a world where language barriers are overcome, cultural understanding is fostered, and opportunities for personal and professional growth are accessible to all.
Through our scholarships, we aim to create a global community of confident and skilled individuals who can effectively communicate, connect, and contribute to a more inclusive and interconnected world.
Together, we strive to break down linguistic barriers, promote cross-cultural understanding, and empower international citizens to achieve their fullest potential in their life pursuits and beyond.
There are several reasons why underserved international citizens may face challenges studying in the USA:
1. Financial Constraints: Studying abroad can be expensive, and many underserved international citizens may not have the financial resources to cover tuition fees, living expenses, and other associated costs.
2. Limited Scholarships and Financial Aid: While there are scholarships and financial aid options available for international citizens, they are often highly competitive and limited in number. Underserved international citizens may struggle to secure these opportunities due to the intense competition and stringent eligibility criteria.
3. Visa Restrictions: Obtaining a student visa for the USA can be a complex and costly process. underserved international citizens may face difficulties in meeting the financial requirements and demonstrating sufficient funds to support their education and living expenses, which can hinder their chances of obtaining a visa.
4. Language Barriers: international citizens are often required to demonstrate English language proficiency through standardized tests such as TOEFL or IELTS. underserved international citizens may face challenges in accessing quality language training and resources to meet these requirements.
5. Limited Access to Information and Guidance: underserved international citizens may lack access to comprehensive information and guidance on studying abroad, including the application process, available scholarships, and financial aid options. This lack of information can further hinder their ability to pursue education in the USA.
It is important to address these barriers and work towards creating more inclusive opportunities for all students, regardless of their financial background, to study in the USA and gain access to quality education.
